Boiling buckwheat cooks the grains until they become tender. Boiling buckwheat helps retain its nutritional value, including high levels of protein, fiber, minerals such as manganese and magnesium, and antioxidants, promoting overall health and well-being.

Groats uses almond milk, freeze-dried fruits, fruit powders, monk fruit juice, and other natural ingredients to make our product as delicious and time-proof as possible without compromising integrity.

We encourage you to enjoy your Groats cold. It is a refrigerated item with a deliciously creamy texture and outstanding nutritional value.
If you are going to heat it, you will first need to transfer Groats into microwave-safe bowl or a pot for the stove, and then you can heat the product in brief increments until it is heated to your liking.
